Renowned Dancers Edyta Śliwińska and Anna Trebunskaya to Judge Dancing with the Lexington Stars

Lexington, KY (April 17, 2025) – The Rotary Club of Lexington is thrilled to announce that celebrated professional dancers Edyta Śliwińska and Anna Trebunskaya will serve as judges for the 2025 Dancing with the Lexington Stars competition.

Edyta Śliwińska is a Polish-born ballroom dancer best known for her tenure on the American television series Dancing with the Stars, where she showcased her talents in the first ten seasons. Beginning her dance journey at age 12 in Warsaw, Poland, Edyta moved to the United States in 2000 to further her career. She has earned titles such as the Emerald Ball Latin Amateur Champion and first place at both the 2001 International Grand Ball in San Francisco and the 2001 Holiday Ball in Las Vegas. Beyond the dance floor, Edyta has appeared in various television roles, including a guest spot on CSI: NY. She is married to fellow dancer Alec Mazo, with whom she has two children.

Anna Trebunskaya is a Russian-born American professional ballroom and Latin dancer, also renowned for her numerous appearances on Dancing with the Stars. Hailing from Chelyabinsk, Russia, Anna was introduced to dance at the age of six by her professional dancer parents. She relocated to the United States at 17 to pursue her passion, quickly making a name for herself in the competitive dance scene. Anna has achieved accolades such as the 2004 USA Rising Star Latin Champion and was a finalist in the Blackpool Rising Star Latin Championship. In addition to her dance career, Anna has ventured into acting, with appearances including a role in HBO’s The Newsroom. She resides in Los Angeles with her partner, actor Nevin Millan, and their two children.

Both Edyta and Anna bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the judging panel, promising invaluable insights for this year’s competitors. Their participation underscores the event’s commitment to excellence and its mission to support the Rotary Club of Lexington’s charitable endeavors.
