Tina N. Nance, J.D., is the Executive Director of the Kentucky Aerospace Education Center (KAEC). A native of Madisonville in western Kentucky, Tina earned her B.A. in Psychology from Transylvania University and her J.D. from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. Since being tabbed Kentucky’s head coach in December 2004, Craig Skinner has rejuvenated the Kentucky volleyball program into national prominence and is the program’s all-time winningest head coach. He will enter his 22nd season in 2026 with an all-time record of 497-157. He reached the pinnacle of the sport in April of 2021, winning the 2020 NCAA National Championship at the CHI Health Center in Omaha, Nebraska, becoming coach of the first volleyball team in Southeastern Conference history to win a national championship. ROTARIANS PLAY VITAL ROLE AS COMMERCE LEXINGTON AMBASSADORS  New member Kristie Woodrum is noted to have one of her roles at Commerce Lexington as running the Ambassador Program. Ambassadors are active members of Commerce Lexington who volunteer their time to assist with member relations and retention efforts. Ambassadors serve as  mentors to members, meet them at events, and encourage their involvement and participation. Congratulations to Rotarians Trey McCallie, Laura Mobley-Corn, Crystal Newton, and Sam Overbee, who will be supporting Kristie by serving as Commerce Lexington Ambassadors in 2026.  Thanks to them all for their Service Above Self.

ROTARY WOMEN TEAM WITH HABITAT FOR HUMANITY FOR SOME TOOL TIME!  Several women Rotarians recently joined forces with female students from the University of Kentucky to help with a Kentucky Habitat for Humanity (HFH) building project.  This was part of a HFH building project as part of its “Women Build” initiative. The house under construction is located off Russell Cave Road.
