The program’s guest speaker was Bettie Kerr, Historic Preservation Officer and Director of the Division of Historic Preservation of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government Bettie works with a wide array of historic preservation programs and projects in Lexington-Fayette County. An architectural historian, Ms. Kerr is a native of Lexington and graduate of Transylvania University.
